Current files:
File folder VIDEO_TS
Files on mini dvd:
BUP file 12KB (2 same)
IFO file 12KB (2 same)
VOB file 192KB VIDEO_TS
VOB file 380,544KB VTS_01_1
Previousy saved many files are BUP but having checked today I cannot open any of these either
NB I am computer illiterate so it may be a very basic error I am making

on which software are you opening the file?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Apparently my default opener is MOVIE MAKER though companies keep sending updates about which I do not have any knowledge so I assume one of these updates must have overwritten or substituted the opening file that was default some time ago
My system is Windows 7

download Media player classic and then try to run the bup file it should work fine on your current windows versionhttp://www.videohelp.com/software/Media-Player-Classic
