I am unable to receive or send Emails. My Ipad works okay but the desktop doesn't. It continually asks for my password. Help please

I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

If you test going to your email website, are you able to sign in and use your email address there?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Sorry. I can sign in and prepare a message but it goes straight to the OUTBOX and that's it. Also I haven't received any new messagessince 7september but the IPad has received 20 different messages
