in outlook 10 with windows10 can receive emails but cannot send mail have tried deleting address and renewing ( 3 times) various error messages, latest ox800ccc13 also searched BT troubleshooting web but nothing fits my problem

Hello Martin. After downloading W10 big problems, had to have PC rebuilt, everything ok including Outlook 10, initially could receive & send then problem with mail send happened after 48hours problem dates from 4th September ( been away since then) Is this enough info ?
