I urgently need help! Microsoft outlook is blocking all my outgoing emails as spam - apparently I have Trojan virus. my IT guy says he has contacted the host servers requesting to be unblocked, it now day four and i am having the same problem. Everytime I try to send an email this is the message I get:

OK. The cause of the email related problems you are having right now, is due to the fact your email provider still has your account blocked.So, you have two issues to be concerned with.1) You need to completely clean your computer of all virus/malware. In many cases, this will mean a proper reformat/recovery. If you do this, make sure to backup any important data first.2) Once your computer is clean and running properly again, you'll need to contact your provider (btinternet), and see about getting your email account unblocked. It is difficult to say what will be involved there, or how much time it may take for you to do this, as providers have different policies on this. In some cases, you may have to create a new email address/account. If possible, I'd recommend contacting them on the phone. You'll want to take these steps in ORDER, as if you create another email account, or if you get yours unblocked, it will just get blocked again if there is still malware on it causing your email to be abused.
