Customer Question

Hello,
I have upgraded from Windows 7 to W10 recently. All was well for a while but now, when I click on a link in an email I get a 'timed out' message after several seconds. This happens with all emails. For example "Wine"-"Shop Now".
Thank you in anticipation.

Hello again,
As you know, I am using Windows Live Mail with Windows 10. I use some Babylon translation software that doesn't work well with Live Mail. If I wish to translate a passage from an email message I have first to paste it into Office. Babylon tell me the translator works with Outlook and I am considering changing from Live Mail to Outlook. Is that a simple procedure?
Thank you in anticipation.

It will depend on how your mail is set up and which services you use.
