I think I am going to have to pack this lot in. I rennewed mypass word and still couldn't get into Vendor portal. I have got completely lost with this passwrod business.I'm not well up on computers. What's the last bit of advice you can give me.All I want is for amazon books to catagorize my novel.

Hi Harry,Your best option now is to contact Amazon's Publishers and Vendors Division so that you can request for inclusion of your book listing to other related categories. As I can see it, your listing is only on one category and it will not be that rewarding in terms of your book's sales and visibility.However, in order to contact them, you need to use their designated contact form in their website which will again require you to login to your amazon account.In order to go to the contact form, please using this link below:https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ref=hp_ss_qs_v2_l7_t1When you are redirected to the login page, please login to your account or reset the account password ***** regain access to the account then use the link again to get the contact form.In the contact form please indicate which categories you want your book to be added to since only the Amazon tech people can modify or re-categorize your listing.I hope that helped.
