even worse now, Apple MK changed settings, now BTHub3-HWK6 so am not getting response from IPad
eg Cannot get mail?

My original problem was that my Ipad did not send replies to emails, only placed in Outbox, Apple MK (where I spent
one hour) could not help as said to change my email address from***@******.*** to
internet.com? They changed my settings as aalready mentioned

but if I have to change my ipad address would prefer a Hotmail address.

thought your link was to do with remote help, have just clicked on it but it wouldn't accept muy
password, I have to try again in fifteen mins, I shall obviously click on forgotten password. Sorry about this.

ok, then its best to create a new account as it can be near impossible to get access to the account again.
This is free and we will use Microsoft Outlook for this.
Can you go to my link below and create an account.

Once done, on the iPad you go to Settings, Mail, then press on the old account and press Delete Account.
Then go to Settings, Mail and add this new Microsoft Account.

on the Microsoft account we just made right?
If so, you just made this and specified the password ***** please enter in the correct password ***** set.

you are setting up the NEW microsoft acccount we just set up using the password ***** set when creating it.
Nothing to do with your old account.

because the password ***** entering is wrong, as it is indicating.
This is not for your btconnect account, its for the microsoft account we just made.
This is what you are meant to be doing
Create new microsoft account
remove bt account from iPad
Add new microsoft account

You just need to very carefully follow the instructions I gave which I repeated below

Once done, on the iPad you go to Settings, Mail, then press on the old account and press Delete Account.
Then go to Settings, Mail and add this new Microsoft Account.
