I have some lost "cookies" your help

I have some lost "cookies" your help page says go to chrome menu, select settings,show advanced set, allow local data, select done, problem I have I cannot find the menu when I get chrome up. Mike XXX

Without Cookies I cannot get into gmail so i cannot check the information you have sent me.
I cannot get my mail on my computer, I pad or I phone. Help please.

I have an HP mini lap top plus a normal size laptop g mail is working on the normal size laptop.
the mini is running Windows 10 the normal size is still on Windows 7

It looks like you are not there. When you are available, please reply back to continue. Or please try the each of the following solutions on the problematic computer until it works:Solution #1:- Double-click on the time / clock at the bottom right of the computer's screen, and make sure the date and time is correct, then check gmail.Solution #2:- In the Chrome program, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on History, then click on Clear browsing data..., then on the right of option ​Obliterate the following items from, select the option the beginning of time, then check only the boxes for these two items: Cached images and files, and Hosted app data, then click on Clear browsing data at the bottom and wait until it's done., then click on Settings on the left (or click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on Settings), then scroll down to the bottom, then click on the option Show advanced settings if available, then scroll down to the bottom, then click on Reset settings, then click on Reset and wait until it's done, then check gmail email at the www.gmail.com website.Please let me know if there is still any issue. Solution #3:- If needed, you can open the Microsoft Edge (the blue 'e' icon) program at the bottom of the screen, then go to the gmail.com website in the Microsoft Edge program and and sign in your gmail email address, then see if you can use Gmail in the Microsoft Edge program.Solution #4:- If needed, click on Start (which is the Windows logo icon at the bottom left of the computer's screen), then click on All apps, then scroll down, then click on Windows Accessories, then click on Internet Explorer. Then go to the gmail.com website in Internet Explorer, and sign in your gmail email address, then see if you can use your email Internet Explorer program.
