Go here, and then choose the following steps: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ref=hp_ss_qs_v2_l7_t1 i) in box "1 - What can we help you with?",choose "Prime and more" (button on the right) ii) scroll down to box "2 - Tell us more about your issue",and from the "please make a selection" drop-down menu, select the first option ("Amazon Prime, Family or Student membership"),then from the second drop-down menu that appears below, choose "Cancel Prime Membership".iii) last, scroll down to box "3 - How would you like to contact us?", and choose "Phone - Call us"
