Customer Question

I've just received an e-mail which of course I put into phishing scam. It has come from my own e-mail address, which appears to have been set up through Microsoft as a 'no reply' address. It comes from 'Asian Beauties' desperate to find boyfriends.
First I am distressed about how this could have happened and second I want to stop it. Any ideas, please?
