Say, I tried my own advice using your email address, and I see what the problem is. They send you a link to your email address that you could use to reset your password, except that you can't get the email, because you need the password ***** login. It is a Catch 22, so to speak. I apologize for the bad advice. I thought they would give you an alternate method, such as answering security questions or sending a link to an alternate email or by text message o a cellphone. I found help for this dilemma.
