Having agreed to pay the additional £18 I was expecting a call not to be referred back to another webpage. But since that is the only option you are now offering I will try it and see what happens. My question is a very simple one How do I change or re-instate my password ***** btopenworld to continue receiving Windows Live Mail and without changing to BT Yahoo ?

BT's email is managed by Yahoo. However, you will change the password ***** BT. Once password ***** ***** it will have to updated on Windows Live Mail. To do this, you will need to right click your account in Live Mail and chose Properties, from there you can edit the password.

How do I get to my account in Windows Live Mail without a password ***** works ? You say that "you will change the password ***** BT" as if it can be done easily but you dont say HOW ??How do I print out this correspondence so that I have a paper record of it ?

I was originally going to ask if you would help me do the change remotely but that option closed before i could react and the phone call option came up with the extra £18 which I accepted. Can we go back to the remote option if you still will not ring me ? The address problem which I have reported to you just now is probably because we have a house name and no street number. This address has been satisfactory for 45 years with no problem with the Post Office and has never before now fallen foul of BT's systems.

Have you given up on me ? It is now nearly 5.30 or 30 mins since my last query to you and a knowledgeable friend has just commented that this whole correspondence could be a scam ? Simply a way of taking £44 (or more ??) for doing nothing effective.
