normally how do you access your emails? are you using a program like thunderbird or outlook?

There is no error message, the program is trying to send the message but it won't go. the message sits there for days in the out box.
can you change the outgoing port number to 587 and try to send again. it seems outgoing port is being blocked by your ISP
