There every time i want to view my account it was asking

hi there
every time i want to view my account it was asking that i should update my email for security reasons using my alternative email of which i forgot it is password, now i cant access my email and it is only asking "enter password ***** the exchange account "Hotmail" i tried the recovery process but again i couldn't remember my old email passwrod, so i need your expertise on this. thank you

I tried all this recovery process but it wasn't successful as I couldn't remember my old email's password

You can put any email address in just make a new one

I didn't got the answer yet and. All you adviced me to do is what I already tried and didn't work for me, it is asking me to proof by answering security question, like the last emails subjects I sent and the last emails I made of which I can't remember.
So please I want to give up and asking for refund
