I am xperiencing a great deal of problems trying to retrieve my response from Pete. I originally came in on Safari browser only to find it could not download the remote.desktop etc. I have now changed browser to discover the http website us not shown so I cannot log in to it. HELP PLEASE.

E.mail sent on 11/2/2016' so far has been returned 11 times. Reason s " message enqued and undeliverable"

What? If you are using an Apple computer you have the Apple Logo in the upper left corner of your screen. If not how are you using Safari?

Don't remember the subject coming up. In hospital so. Cannot have computer or laptop . First time problem, but important e.mail, did not want it to happen again. .

Yes of course, and I actually remembered that U can use the telephone,!! but I contacted Just Answer because I wanted to rectify the problem I had with e.mails, do not know if this has been done yet ūüď≤As I have broken several vertebrae I am unable to manage a laptop on my knees at present, not that I am not allowed, but that is not related to your role as an expert in repairing faults..... in fact I find your attitude both offensive and even sexist, with your referral to my ability to understand simple messages, and facile suggestions reminding me to text etc,etc, please do not bother Mike...,it has just been an expensive experience for me which I shall avoid in future.
