I've bought a new laptop (Aspire E 15) and wish to transfer Firebird from my old laptop. how do I do this, the easiest way?

Hi, Richard, sorry I have not been in touch for a couple of days. I had some urgent family matters to attend to, and was away from home. But I'm back now and have just opened the Thenderbird prog, but it is asking for my Master Password ***** the software security device. This is something I do not ever remember doing. Can you say what I need to do?

Well, I've done that but it is not accepted. I've tried several passwords but no joy.

To do this

  1. Choose Tools -> Error Console.
  2. Paste the expression
    openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul")
  3. Press the Evaluate button.
  4. Accept when prompted with the confirmation dialog box.

It is then removed

Click on Download in the middle of the page

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
