Since October 2015 I have been transferring the sum of £13.33 per month to ADOBE ACROPRO to your company.
I have no idea how or why the contract was initiated!
I had almost given up finding a way to tell you about this problem - when I found Email Support - and I'm very grateful to find it too.
First of all - I want to stop the DD arrangement with immediate effect.
Secondly: is it possible to have the payments from 21/10/2015 until 21/6/2016 refunded if I have not been using whatever service or facility I have been paying for. To date these amounted to £119.97.
