could you tell me why my microsoft account has been shut, I have been in hospital therefor did not use the p.c. I am having trouble sinking in my tablet to my pcand my Iphone could someone please help me.?

I have already paid £26. i can not pay any m,ore money I thought bt gave me tech.help I have got caught so many times I have paid £26. thats all I dont believe people can be prayed on. well if you dont pay this I wont get this done etc., doers no one hav e any goodness in thier heart anymore

the screen has just came up again it said Activate Windows in a small box says go to pc settings then it asks you to activate key. when it has finished going round it says if this progress we must go to microsoft windows
for technical help if this happens again so 3 weeks down the line i'm now reporting it
