Do you have an email there? Can you login and check the emails?
It is a different email than what you gave me ( you gave me: ***@******.*** and is the password ***** are trying to recover)
i dont think you understand HOW RECOVERY EMAILS WORK.
Lets say you are on the account *****@******.***
The recovery email will need to be A DIFFERENT EMAIL such as *****@******.***
It works vice versa too.
If you were logged into *****@******.***, the recovery email would be a different email such as *****@******.***
So, your *****@******.*** is using the *****@******.*** as the recovery email
So i ask you......can you login to *****@******.*** email account, and check emails?
Well, the recovery options were setup at the time you CREATED the account (*****@******.***)
So do you remember the password ***** the *****@******.*** account???
Do you still have the phone that ends with 86?
So, are you able to login to the the *****@******.*** account??? or not?
