I had no problem with my EMAIL account until I brought this phone and this is a new phone number I cannot remember the password ***** used when i set up the acountry it keeps saying not authentic

Look at the image link below, and tell me which of the 3 options you can access?

They show 1 email address, and 1 phone number......but only partially.....as a security precaution.....you MUST know the remainder of the characters......AND be able to access the account. So, do you know the remainder of the characters?

Notice there is an email account using the domain @uk.com

Do you have an email there? Can you login and check the emails?

It is a different email than what you gave me ( you gave me: ***@******.*** and is the password ***** are trying to recover)

i dont think you understand HOW RECOVERY EMAILS WORK.

Lets say you are on the account *****@******.***

The recovery email will need to be A DIFFERENT EMAIL such as *****@******.***

.

It works vice versa too.

If you were logged into *****@******.***, the recovery email would be a different email such as *****@******.***

.

So, your *****@******.*** is using the *****@******.*** as the recovery email

.

So i ask you......can you login to *****@******.*** email account, and check emails?

Look at the 3 images below (there are questions about you and the account that needs to be answered), that Microsoft (Live) is asking about your *****@******.*** account. FYI: you can NOT type on the images, you can send me the answers to my email for better security. (shown earlier ***@******.***
