Which is the operating system installed in the PC.Is it Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10 ?

am on windows 7 and am on live.co.uk I have looked on the link and it said error reason connection timed out

I believe you are not clear what i meant by email application.email application is what you use to send and receive emails instead of using web browser (IE,Chrome)
