Can you tell me please which email program and version you are using?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

You see why I am sceptical becuse I paid money to ech Utilities and all they did was go through my computer but not solve the problem. I need to ask you do you understand the Microsoft codes before I commit further.
