I am just trying to help. Can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly show you the recovery procedures right there on your screen while you watch? I am not making up these procedures, they are BT's reset procedures.

Look I've done that already. There is no need for my mother's full maiden name; it was never required to set up the e mail account. I do not believe you can do this for me; there's no way you are getting access to my pc. I'm not paying you for what you have done so far; no result=no payment

I am very sorry William if I am not able to help. I am not affiliated with BT and what I can do is assist you in the recovery process. Since the reset process does not work, your only option to recover the account is by contacting BT through chat which I cannot initiate for you unless we are on a remote session. I have done this to many clients of mine but I respect your decision over remote access.
