My email is***@******.*** but I cannot send any emails. The ports I am using are 995 and 587.I have received a mail from mail.comMail Collector to enable my other eail addreses as a single logn for all my email accounts.Should I do this?

OK then you may have got accidentally clicked on some of the links or got redirected to your that mail collector site,In that case no need to sign up for mail collector or enable it.

Remote support is currently not required so if it shows as a pop up you can close it and ignore it.

We are definitely not on the same page. Why can I receive emails from you and not anyone else and why can I not send are my questions. What does the GBP33 cover and why can't you remotely connect with me instead of me having to pay an extra GBP22 to do this???
