Hi,
I recently changed my password ***** my BT account,and now am unable to access my emails on my iPad Air. I have been to settings and mail, but none of my accounts (BT and Cloud) are highlighted, so nothing happens when I click on either or even if I try to add account. Everything worked OK on my iPhone.
I would be grateful for your help.

PS if I go though BT website I can access emails,but it is a long way round.
