My TomTom is: Start 25 Serial No;BQ2363K94077 4EN5.001.06

Resolved Question:

My TomTom is: Start 25 Serial No;BQ2363K94077 4EN5.001.06
When I switch it on it reads, No maps found, I followed the instructions and installed all updates it then froze so I went through the procedure of unfreezing the screen it then displayed a red cross I then had to go through procedure again, to no avail, I have done this several times with no success.
