I have a couple questions about your email that is not working....
Do you use an Email program (like OUtlook, or Thunderbird, or Macmail) to access your emails?
Do you use a WEB BROWSER (like internet Explorer, or Firefox, or Safari) to access your emails?
okay, so then you are using a WEB BROWSER to access your emails.
At this point, I would have to do a series of checks on your machine to see if anything is out of place. send some test emails and such as well.
So the best way to do this is with a remote session.
Where i connect to your computer, and SEE what is happening, check for any inconsistancies, and fix any issues you have.

Then.....you will click on this link below, and it will take you to a webpage where you accept the terms of service.
ON the page the above link takes you to, you will download a small program called ELSINORE SCREEN CONNECT. which allows us to connect together.
after it downloads, you have to OPEN it, and once you open it, it will connect us together.
Remote Session completed.
Check settings for EMail program.
Check settings on Browser email.
Send test email from customer account. Received
Send test reply to customer account. Received.
Email checks out good to go.
Customer thank ful.
