Please help me to reopen it I've emailed rung and attempted to obtain a code to change my pasword but the opener (on my Del, computer) asking for my pin will, not accept my correct one which I've entered rises galore nor do the codes they send me work on my Galaxy table

The first thing that happens when an account is closed is that the data is purged. The email address is held by security for at least 30 days. At the end of that period the email address can be re-used

Have you tried creating a new account with the same email?
