What I´d rather suggest in your case, is a remote-assistance to solve your problem. This means that I can directly with your computer and have a look at your problem with the lost emails. Before we do this, can you just quickly let me know if you are using Windows or a Mac? Also, where have these emails been, within a email program like Outlook or do retrieve them via a website?

I can call you now, but please note that this involves costs for me as well. You are talking about getting a refund all the time and the problem can most likely not be fixed that quickly as you think as it sounds rather serious and since we can´t seem to access your iPad with Teamviewer for whatever reason, this will be even more difficult. So I am asking: are you sure you want to get into this with me or not? As I would not like to waste phone fees and time while you might want to get a refund already now as it seems. Please let me know.
I am absolutely willing to help you, but you must understand that lost emails are a more serious issue and you have to have a lot of patience and also some good experience with your iPad until we get this fixed via phone. That is why I want to rather initiate a remote-assistance with your device directly.
