Customer Question

In the early hours of this morning I deleted "all Mail" on my I-pad thinking this was just incoming and outgoing mail only and then I deleted it from Trash.
Imagine my horror when I looked at my Dell computer later to discover all the emails from my Gmail folders had been deleted too. I went straight to my account at Gmail but all my folders were empty there too.
I am an elderly man and I use folders to save important emails and as my filing system. I am devastated at what I have inadvertently done and wonder if you can recover the contents of my "All mail" I deleted and or all the file contents. If the former is only possible then I will transfer the contents of the files back again.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Bill Meredith
