My new e-mail is***@******.*** and the account I lost is***@******.***. My new telephone is 07493 943954. Completely lost the password ***** it would be useful to get it back.

Hi Richard, is there a problem I do not understand?
Expert:  Richard Hill replied 1 month ago.

Hi,

Do you still have your old mobile phone number?

Best Regards,

Rich

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
no I changed numbers many moons ago.
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
That is the problem. Yahoo are not being very helpful in this matter.

Hi Richard,

No they're not. I'm not sure what happens if we enter the old number, have you tried that?

Best Regards,

Rich

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
they would send a password ***** to the old number but I don't have it. I wiped the history on this machine so that would be a dead end as well. Any recommendations as the account will not have been looked at for quite a few days. I am worried that just ask is going to ask for more money just to connect to another person that is unable to access yahoo and their security.

this looks like a dead end. Can you help me regarding this matter?
