The order from the judge does not seem to show the ability/right

Customer Question

The order from the judge does not seem to show the ability/right to request documents from the Respondent.
It is vital from the Claimant that the respondent provides email information that the Claimant had communication with the various witnesses for certain evidence and to be cross examined as they cannot remember certain conversations or details of conversations.
The respondent has simply ignored to provide the One file from the computer with all the email communications.
The email information is vital so the the Claimant can state what documents to disclose i.e. certain emails. The Claimant cannot possibly remember every single Email that went on and hence the requirement of looking at them.
How can the Claimant make the Respondent urgently provide this information, when they have proven they can access the Email system as they have disclosed certain emails temselves?

Hi,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Just Answer.

Has the Judge made an order for case management?

Do you know the claimant is with holding documents?

Kind regards

AJ
