Document Disclosure there does not seem anything in the order

Customer Question

Document Disclosure
there does not seem anything in the order that the Claimant has to provide documents upon request of the Respondent.
The Respondent provided nothing upon request of the Claimant.
the respondent has an extremely tight deadline to provide the document list disclosure however the Respondent is not providing the documents for the respondent to decide to put them in the list or not.
How can this be urgently resolved? What words does the Claimant have to write to the courts to make the Respondent Disclose such documents?

Hello, you need to write to the tribunal and advise them that the respondent has not disclosed all relevant documents and that you are now requesting an order for specific disclosure. You would then need to list the specific documents that you want them to disclose. At the same time you can request a postponement of the deadline for providing the documents list
