Customer Question

The respondent managed to convince the Judge that the order does not warrant a witness because the order has been reduced from the ET1 another good tactic from the Respondent.
What do I need to write and how can I convince the courts that part of the order is missing and I the claimant require to have such a witness for the case and the ET1. (not the order)
