Customer Question

Form N265 has a statement beginning with the words I understand. I'm not sure I do fully understand and grasp all of disclosure and am loath to sign to say I do. Can I alter this to say "I believe I understand"?

Thanks for your question. I will try and help you with this.

The words are the standard formula. Any amendment is unlikely to accepted. If you're unsure of the requirements then you ought to take legal advice before signing the declaration.
