Apologies for the slight delay, my connection dropped earlier. Are these days taken from your holiday allowance?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No Iam owed 6 days holiday which my employer won't sign off as they will pay me them on my leaving .

They have asked me to cover these extra 2 days which I have said is ok but I would like to have these days given back in Lou at the end of my notice allowing me to leave 2 days early .

What does your contract say about this? What would have been the case had you not been working your notice period and this was a normal week?
