Customer Question

I have been requested to attend an employment review during my annual leave. My employer knows I will be out of the country the day the meeting has been scheduled and has stated in writing that under no circumstances can the meeting be rescheduled and if I do not attend the meeting will take place in my absence.

Is she allowed to do this?
