I have to appear at a hearing as I put a complaint into my

Customer Question

I have to appear at a hearing as I put a complaint into my senior management about being systematically bullied at work. They have interviewed me by an independent BOARD BUT THE ACCUSED HAS CALLED A HEARING. Do I have to be questioned by him and does he have to stick to the information given to the investigators.
