Employment Lawyers Can Answer Your Employment Law Questions
Hello, my name is Ben and it is my pleasure to assist you with your question today. are you able to work part-time or are you thinking of giving up working
I am already doing part-time and because of my condition have had to cut my working hours more!
I am sorry to hear that could you tell me if you are single or married and if you are in rented accommodation.
I am a single mother of one a 8 year old boy and I own my house
Ok thank you leave it with me I need to look up a few things and then get my advice ready.I will post back on here when done there is no need to wait and you will receive an email when I have responded.
I really don't want to give up my job and was just enquiring if I would be able to get any help financially
Many thanks for your patience. I have considered your position but the more I think about it them more I am inclined to advise that your entitlement to benefits would depend on a whole range of factors which is unlikely to be conveyed on here and the best way to see what you may be able to get is to go through something like the Government’s Benefits Adviser system that goes through the most relevant personal factors about you and then provides you with a list of benefits that you may be entitled to in your situation. That is the more accurate way of doing this rather than me asking you question after question about your circumstances. You can get to the Benefits Portal here:
Once you have been advised on what benefits you may get you can make arrangements to contact the relevant bodies that deal with them to try and make a claim.
Please let me know if you need me to clarify anything for you in relation to this?
