Customer Question

I am 17 years old and going into my disciplinary Tomorrow without a companion, as I am not a member of a trade union or have a colleague willing to attend. they would not allow any other companion. I am currently signed off while hospital investigations take place

Im accussed of failing to provide med certs - supplied
unauthorised absence and failing to meet the action plan asking for the above.

I have since provided certs to my employer, they are saying this is gross misconduct and serious or gross negligence?
There was no investigation prior to disciplinary hearing they said this was not required a not minor misconduct or a performance issue? Despite having a three step disciplinary process in their policy.
