I started working for my employer 23/02/2013 sent a formal grievance to company as I felt I was a victim of a bully and felt the manager harassed me she also proceeded with disaplinary action with out investigation when hr was informed of management behaviour I felt they were trying to cover up there management behaviour. I've been off sick since the lncedent. There human resources team ignored my
Complaint.ive just been issued a tribunal certificate but not sure were I stand can I resign and claim breach of contract as you can only get funding if you are on certain benefits.
