Customer:

Hello my name is ***** ***** I am happy to help you today.

Customer:

It is not quite as simple as that as it depends on your age as well. You can calculate it by using the following website https://www.gov.uk/calculate-your-redundancy-pay

Customer:

In addition to your redundancy pay you are entitiled to 12 weeks notice, you can be asked to work your notice but if you are not required to work it then it should be paid.

Customer:

If you are not paid you can claim the money in the Employment Tribunal.

If you have any further questions please do ask. If I have answered your quesiton I would be grateful if you would take the time to rate my answer. Thank you and all the best.
