Resolved Question:

we are entitled to a total of 28 days or 224 hours holiday per year. my wage slips shoe that this year to date i have taken 176 hours of holiday but my company are saying that i only have 4 hours left please advise the best way to proceed

You have to raise a formal grievance with your company so that they investigate this properly and consult with you. If they don't, or if you're not satisfied with any result your remedy is to apply to the employment tribunal for a ruling on the issue.
