Hi Ben, I'm a little confused as to my options regarding my current employment status. I am currently on sick leave but discovered yesterday that access to company email has been removed. I called to find out why and was informed I have been made a leaver as at 02/02/2015. I have not resigned and the company hasn't informed me of any summary dismissal. I have asked for clarity regarding my employment status which has yet to be provided. Can the company terminate my contract in this way? What options do I have?
