I was dismissed on grounds of gross misconduct with no hearing as such only to tell me I had been dismissed.
I had initially been told I was suspended for misconduct which following an investigation meeting was deemed to have changed to serious misconduct but at the Disciplinary hearing changed to gross misconduct. I am now trying to go for unfair dismissal but have been told that I have no case can you advise
