An employee is transferred under TUPE regulations
Original terms of employment state 'certification and payment provided by Statutory Sick Pay. Prior to transfer there was a letter from 1st employer that it has been their practice to enhance sick pay to full pay. The new employer is reluctant to enhance their wage.
Does this letter become part of the employment terms and must be continued with the new employer
