Customer Question

rights of employees on fixed term contracts
Assistant: Thank you. Can you provide any more details to help us find you the right Expert?
Customer: my contract is being terminated after a year and a half. Although I will have worked for the full bonus year I have been told that as I will not be on the payroll on a certain day I do not qualify for any bonus payment. Permanent employees who are being made redundant are receiving a bonus payment on a pro-rata basis even though they too will not be on the payroll on the given date
