I joined a company 2 months ago as a permanent employee

Customer Question

Hello,
I joined a company 2 months ago as a permanent employee having contracted for 6 years. Turns out this was a big mistake!
I have a 3 month notice period in my contract and want to go back to contracting.
How would I stand legally if I gave one months notice to my current employers?
Thanks
