I have an employment contract that states the following:

Customer Question

Hi,
I have an employment contract that states the following:
This post is subject to conflict of interest restrictions when you leave the company. For a period of six months after termination of employment with *company name*, you shall not employ or offer employment to any *company name* staff nor, approach *company name* existing customers and offer to provide services in direct competition with *company name*.
If I were to set up a new limited company, would I be able to get around this restriction and take clients?
Many thanks,
James
