The only interaction between clozapine and metformin is that atypical antipsychotics like clozapine have been associated with raised blood glucose levels which may alter blood glucose control in people suffering from diabetes.
If a person who is on this combination of medications is not a diabetic then this combination can be safely used.
Here is an interaction checker that medical professionals commonly use.

Metformin is a medication that is very commonly used in patients of Type 2 diabetes for glucose control.
It may also be used in ladies with polycystic ovary disease.
It may lead to weight loss in some but not all people using this.
Clozapine causes weight gain and high blood glucose levels which is why metformin is sometimes given in combination with clozapine to combat these side effects of clozapine.
So even if she is not gaining weight and her glucose levels are normal while on this combination even this is a good thing.
