After thyroidectomy over 30 years ago I have been on thyroxine replacement.
Just had screening and for 2nd time T4 is in normal range and TSH is very high
Out side the range 8.6 (0.27_4.2). How can this be please. And also can this affect
Other systems in the body such as blood sugar levels, vascular inflammation, B12 and folate which have recently appeared. I have many symptoms of Myxoedema but my doctor says thyroid levels ok.Thank***@******.***
